Reading Śrī Bhuvaneśvarī Devi Temple hosts a full calendar of Hindu festivals and cultural events throughout the year. The temple celebrates major occasions including Navratri, Diwali, Maha Shivratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Janmashtami, and Holi — bringing the Indian community in Reading together in worship, music, and festivity.

Each event features traditional Vedic rituals, Aarti, Bhajan and Kirtan, distribution of Prasad, and community Satsang. The temple also organises cultural programmes and spiritual gatherings open to all — serving as a spiritual centre and cultural hub for the Hindu society in Reading and across Berkshire.
